My Purpose
Having been in the Jamaican work force for close to 20 years I find that it is one of the worst things that could happen to a youngster. Words I would best use to characterise the nature of Management in Jamaica are: Demoralising, Self-serving, Unfair and Nepotistic. I am fascinated by office workers every time I enter offices and often wonder what their thoughts are.
